Jordan LindaLinda Jordan Executive Director
After dedicating my career to public education from kindergarten through 12th grade and later focusing on students with special needs ages 3–21, I saw firsthand the critical need for continued support beyond the school years. My journey from classroom teacher to administration allowed me to begin developing transition programs, and my experiences as both vice principal and principal deepened my understanding of the gaps in services for adults with I/DD. When the opportunity arose to take Achieve Academy from a dream to reality, I knew this was where my heart and career were meant to go.
I hold a BS in communications, a K–8 general education certification, a K–12 special education certification, and an MA in educational administration. When I am not at Achieve Academy, I am at home with my husband, three awesome sons (and two future daughters-in-law!), and two goofy but extremely lovable rescue dogs. In my spare time, I love reading, walking, and spending time with friends and family. Though born at the beach, and a Jersey girl to my core, my happy place is actually hiking in the woods and participating in lake sports in the Poconos.

Goldberg LaurenLauren Goldberg Lead Instructor
I graduated from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina, with a bachelor of arts in recreation therapy, and I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals with diverse needs through compassionate, engaging, and person-centered care.
I began my professional journey at the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center, where I worked as a certified recreation therapist for five years. During that time, I developed a strong foundation in therapeutic programming and learned the importance of creating meaningful experiences that enhance quality of life. I then spent two years at Peter’s Place Homeless Shelter in Manhattan, New York where I expanded my skills working with individuals facing a wide range of life challenges.
Following that experience, I worked for 17 years at a specialized school for students on the autism spectrum as a paraprofessional and long-term certified substitute teacher, supporting students ages three to 21 with autism. Throughout my time there, I was committed to helping each individual reach their fullest potential. I also earned my registered behavior technician (RBT) certification, further strengthening my ability to provide effective, evidence-based support.
I am very excited to be working at Achieve Academy for Adults and to be part of a community that empowers individuals to grow, learn, and thrive.
At home, I enjoy a variety of activities and hobbies, and I am grateful for my wonderful family—my husband Zack, my daughter Sophie, and our dog Axl—who bring so much joy to my life.
